Terms of service

Effective date: September 8, 2026. These terms govern use of seenmetric.com and any audit purchased through it. SEENMETRIC is a trading name of MMVP PTY LTD, referred to here as "we", "us" or "SEENMETRIC". By submitting a free check or purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

SEENMETRIC analyses publicly available data about a website (how search engines read the site, its speed, the business details in its code, and, on paid tiers, real responses from AI assistants) and produces a prioritized written report of findings and recommendations.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee search rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, or any specific traffic or business outcome. No one controls what a third-party search engine or AI system chooses to show. Our reports describe current findings and recommended fixes; outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including implementation, competition and changes to third-party platforms.

Payment and refunds

Audits are priced in USD. We do not take payment on this site: after you send a request we confirm the details and invoice separately. Because each audit is individually generated for the domain you give us, refund requests are handled case by case. Ask us first if you're unsure whether the audit suits your situation.

Implementation

Reports are written so your own developer can act on them. Implementing the recommendations is not included in the Full Audit or Audit + Strategy price; the strategy call in Audit + Strategy is advisory, not implementation work.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies.
