Effective date: September 8, 2026. SEENMETRIC ("we", "us"), a trading name of MMVP PTY LTD, operates seenmetric.com and provides technical SEO and AI-visibility audits to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, under applicable data-protection law.

What we collect

When you request a free check, request a paid audit, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, the website domain you ask us to audit, and any business details you enter in the request form. We do not take payment on this site and do not collect card details: paid audits are arranged and invoiced separately after you get in touch.

How we use it

We use your email to deliver your audit report, respond to inquiries, and, where you have submitted a free check or purchase, to send reasonably related follow-up emails about our paid services. Every marketing email includes accurate sender identification and a working unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by visiting the unsubscribe page.

How long we keep it

Reports are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. If someone asks us not to contact them, their report is deleted straight away rather than at the end of that term. We keep the technical measurements behind a report, which describe a website rather than a person, so that a later check can be compared with an earlier one.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not require access to your website, hosting account or CMS to run an audit. Findings are based only on what is publicly visible.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you open and basic details about your device and browser. We use it to understand how the site is used, not to identify you, and we do not connect it to the email address or business details you give us. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. Analytics does not run on report pages, so nothing you do inside a report we sent you is measured. You can block it with any tracker blocker or with Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Third-party services

We use Resend for email delivery and Google Analytics for website measurement. Each processes data under its own privacy policy as our service provider. Our site and database run on a single server, and your data is not shared beyond what passes through those services.
